RULES and INFORMATION

 

 For private parties, you, your spouse,
or your parents must be a member to
rent the facilities. Cost is $75.00 per
hall, includes linens, and is due upon
booking the hall(s).
 Hall rent, once paid, is NON-REFUNDABLE
and due before your name can be put
in the calendar.
 Hall rent may be paid with cash, check,
Visa or MasterCard.

FINAL COUNT IS DUE 2 WEEKS
PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

 For corporate functions cost for business
meetings and seminars is $100.00 per
hall. Cost for businesses having a meal
(dinner) and a bar is $100.00 per hall,
including linens.
 Linen napkins are available at a cost of
.28 each. If ordering Linen napkins, you
are responsible for folding them.
 In addition to the hall rent there is a
$150.00 charge to have a wedding
ceremony here or ANY special hall
set-up.

 There will be no food, other than cake,
to be brought into the club without prior
authorization from the manager.

 You are responsible for providing
Dinner Napkins, Cake Plates,
Cake Napkins, and 5 oz. Punch Cups,
if punch is ordered.

 Seating capacity is 320

 

 There will be a $25.00 charge for our
caterer’s to cut the cake for you. There
is also a $5.00 charge per table for skirting.
 The icicle lights that are hanging
in the halls stay up year around. Lattice
dividers are available to rent at a cost of
$15.00 each, and due upon rental of halls.
 To hang decorations, use masking tape
on wooden parts of the building,
packaging tape on the stone walls.
NO scotch tape. Candles are allowed as
long as they are in a container. Do not
hang decorations on the ceiling or lights.

ABSOLUTELY NO CONFETTI,
GLITTER OR SILLY STRING.
IF BROUGHT IN, YOU WILL BE
CHARGED EXTRA FOR CLEANING
IT UP.

 Helium balloons are allowed only if they
are tied to weights. Balloons will be
discarded if weighted with sand, rice, or
bird seed. Do not tape balloons to chairs,
tables or table coverings. You are
responsible to remove all decorations
you put up after your event.

101 - 149 ADD .75 PER PLATE
51 - 100 ADD 1.50 PER PLATE
50 dinner minimum $2.00 PER PLATE

Hors d’ oeuvres available.

There is an additional charge of $2.00 per
plate for a “sit down” dinner. Punch is
available at $10.00 per gallon.
Food and beverages must be paid for the day of the
event. Food prices include tax, but not
gratuity. Make food checks payable to
your caterer, and bar checks payable to the
Eagles Club.

 

 

 

 We accept Visa or MasterCard for all bar tabs.

 Minimum bar tab will be $150.00. If the
total is not met, the party is responsible for
paying the difference.

 Bar Gin, Vodka, Whiskey, and Brandy are
bar rail and the price is $3.00. Bottled beer is
$3.00. Tapbeer is $2.50 per glass. Pop is $1.00
a glass.
 Bar prices do not include bartenders gratuity.
We will not serve liquor to anyone under 21
years of age. If anyone furnishes liquor to a
minor, they will be asked to leave along with
the minor.

NO WINE, LIQUOR, CHAMPAIGNE,

PUNCH, OR BEVERAGES OF ANY

KIND MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE

CLUB, NO GUESTS UNDER DRINKING
AGE IS PERMITTED IN THE BAR
ROOM AT ANY TIME.

IF CHILDREN ARE FOUND IN THE
BAR, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO
LEAVE THE BUILDING
IMMEDIATELY.

YOU MUST HIRE YOUR OWN MUSIC.

Volume levels will be monitored by Eagles

Staff.
