Rules for Venue Rental and Pricing

Hall Rental

- You, your spouse, or a parent must be a current Eagles Member to rent a hall for a private party.

- Seating capacity is 320 for both halls.

- The cost to rent each hall is $150 per & is due at the time you book the hall(s). An additional charge of $150 will be added when having a wedding ceremony or any other special hall set up.

- Hall rent is non-refundable once paid.

- Hall rent can be paid with cash or check.

- Cloth tablecloth rental: $6 per tablecloth

- Cloth napkin rental: $0.55 per napkin & you are responsible for folding.

- Lattice dividers: $20 per divider


Decorations: Please use masking tape on the wooden parts of the hall & packing tape on the stone parts. Please do not use scotch tape.

- Do not hang any decorations from the ceiling or lights.

- Icicle Lights are hanging around the halls' walls and stay up year round.

- Candles are allowed if they are in a container.

- Helium Balloons are allowed if they are tied to weights. Balloons will be discarded if weighted down with rice, sand or birdseed. Please do not tape balloons to chairs, tables or table coverings.

- You are responsible for removing all decorations immediately following your event.

- Absolutely no confetti, glitter or silly string. If you bring it in to the club, you will be charged an cleaning fee.

Bar Rental

- Minimum bar tab is $300 per event. If minimum is not met, the party is responsible for paying the difference.

- The rental bar accepts cash or check. Visa/Mastercard accepted with a 3.5% added charge.

- Bar rail drinks include Gin, Vodka, Whiskey & Brandy priced at $4.25

- Bottled beer priced at $4.25

- Tap beer priced at $3.75

- Pop priced at $2.00  per glass

- The above bar prices do not include the bartenders' gratuity. Please plan accordingly.


- The club staff will not serve liquor to anyone under the age of 21.

- If anyone provides liquor to a minor, you & the minor will be asked to leave.

- Wine, liquor, champagne, punch or any other beverage will not be permitted to be brought in to the club or its halls.

- No guests under 21 are permitted into the bar room at any time. If found in the bar room, they will be asked to leave the building immediately.

- Children are not allowed to run, slide, skate or roll around on the dance floor.

- You must hire your own music & volume levels will be controlled by staff.

Additional Pricing & Information

Please note: For smaller parties, additional charges per plate as follows:

- 101-149: Add $0.75 per plate

- 51-100: Add $1.50 per plate

- 50 Dinner Minimum: Add $2.00 per plate

Served Sit Down Dinners: Add $2.00 per plate


Table Skirting is available from the Caterer for $5.00 per table.

Cake cutting & serving is available from the Caterer for an additional charge of $50.00.


The Caterer accepts cash or check only. The Caterer does not accept Credit or Debit cards.

Gratuity is not included in your food bill.


You are responsible for providing the following:

Dinner Napkins, Cake Plates, Cake Napkins, 5oz Puch Glasses & Containers for your leftover food.


You can bring in your own cake or cupcakes. No other food will be allowed to be brought in without prior authorization from the club manager.

Final count is due 2 weeks prior to your event, please.
